The project comprises the construction of 779 residential units in 6 high rise blocks ranging from 5 to 28 Storeys with a total construction area around 150,000 m² in 2 plots including associated inter-island infrastructure and landscaping works.
The construction activities started in January 2020 and completed in September 2021.
