Siyahkalem was awarded by TOKI- Housing Development Administration of Turkey in order to complete the project ‘’Smart conveyor system’’ which will be first one in TURKEY.
System’s sorter capacity will be 6000 pcs/hour and allow increase up to 8000 pcs/hour considering possible future requirements. System is also capable to be configured in such form to ensure continuous operation throughout 365 days (minimum 20 hours per day).

1)Â 8 (eight) Truck arrival areas (discharge area) (with telescopic conveyor)
2)Â 2Â (two) Workstation (monitor + laser printer)
3)Â 8+2 ring scanner
4)Â 22 (twenty two) output conveyor tracks for output area (truck loading)
5)Â An x-ray area (X-ray devices including 2 automatic x-rays devices)
System offers ;
a) 2000 pcs/hour system loading at the ‘’Arrival point’’
b)Â 2000 pcs/hour system loading at the internal service sorting areas (manual & automatic)
c) 4000 pcs/hour to be reserved for truck loading at the ‘’output Area’’
