Siyahkalem was awarded a contract in the existing Elmadağ premises of Turkey’s leading defence industry giant, Roketsan, to deliver multiple buildings as an extension (namely extension no.9) to the facility.
Construction activities started by the end of 2021 and Siyahkalem will carry out the execution of state-of-art buildings and other facilities in a relatively short period of around two years, to be completed in the last quarter of 2023.
