Northern Cyprus Presidential Palace and Grand Communal Garden

Northern Cyprus was granted by the Republic of Turkey, towards the construction of new Parliament Buildings and a Presidential palace, together with a grand communal garden stretching over 450.000 m², for the benefit of our brotherly nation, Northern Cyprus.
With a total construction area over 55.000 m², the project comprises the construction of a Parliament Building, a presidential palace, a mosque and other ancillary structures together with all affiliated infrastructure and landscaping Works.
With a combined design philosophy of traditional Turkish and contemporary architecture, the complex is aimed to be completed in the last quarter of 2024.
