Gölcük 1st Stage Urban Transformation Project

In the second quarter of 2023, Siyahkalem has secured a contract for the construction project in the earthquake-prone area in the Merkez neighborhood of Gölcük district, Kocaeli province, as part of the urban transformation activities initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
The project includes the construction of 360 residential units and 408 commercial units.
The project has a total construction area of 107.896 m².
The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
