Siyahkalem and its affiliate company ERA Environmental Technologies Inc. jointly secured a FIDIC Yellow Book Design & Build contract from Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality towards the capacity increase of current Mechanical Biological Treatment facility. General scope of the project include:
MBT Upgrade: Capacity increase from 25 to 50 t/h (new parallel line)
RDF Unit: New facility (~69,350 t/y) with 1,200 m² storage building
AD Unit: 40,000 t/y dry anaerobic digestion system
CHP Unit: Renewable energy generation (~14,120 MWh/year)
Auxiliary Facilities: Digestate storage, dewatering building, laboratory and staff facilities
Infrastructure: Internal roads, firefighting system, site lighting, SCADA & CCTV.
