The earthquake disaster that occurred in southeastern region of Türkiye on February 6 2023, severely affected 10 cities in the region, resulting in many casualties and causing thousands of people to lose their homes.
In late 2024, Siyahkalem has signed a contract for the construction of 852 Apartment Units and all associated infrastructure and hard & soft landscaping works, in Kahramanmaraş Province, remedial for the earthquake affected, under the initiative of the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye.
The Project, covering a total construction area around 141.280 m² will be completed in a challenging duration of 15 months.
