Northern Cyprus was granted by the Republic of Turkey, towards the construction of new Parliament Buildings and a Presidential palace, together with a grand communal garden stretching over 450.000 m². The Project blends modern architecture with traditional Turkish architecture and creates a new architectural perspective. With a total construction area of 55.000 m² the project comprises Parliament Buildings, Presidential Palace, Mosque, Social Facilities and Grand Communal Garden.
