Siyahkalem entered into a Design & Build contract at the end of 2025 for the construction of a state-of-the-art high-speed wind tunnel facility in Ankara, Türkiye.
Construction activities commenced in late 2025 and are scheduled for completion in the final quarter of 2027.
This project holds strategic importance, as its timely completion and commissioning will provide critical infrastructure for conducting advanced wind tunnel tests, serving the needs of defence industry stakeholders.
