Completed in 1050 days with a budget of 157 Million USD, the project includes 12 archive blocks, 2 administration buildings, 1 museum and 1 convention center. With 80 km of archive shelving, it is one of the world's largest archive complexes. It preserves the archives of the Ottoman Empire.
